Return and Refund Policy
Free Returns
We offer a 30-day free return window, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to send it back, and yes, we’ll cover the shipping.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original, unworn condition, tags still attached, unused, and in its original packaging. We’ll also need your proof of purchase or order number.
To begin your return, email us at info@lelasshop.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label along with simple instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: Custom orders and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Damaged Items, Shipping Issues, or Wrong Orders
We kindly ask that you inspect your order right when it arrives. If anything is wrong, damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away so we can fix it.
To process a claim, we may request a clear photo of the issue (e.g., damage or misprint). If an item was lost or damaged during delivery, please note that Shipping Protection must have been added at checkout to qualify for a refund or replacement. If not, you’ll need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Exchanges
Want something different? The fastest way is to return your current item, and once that return is approved, go ahead and place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
As soon as we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original form of payment.
Keep in mind: Your bank or credit card provider may take a few business days to process and post the refund.
For damaged or defective products, we’ll ask for a photo showing the issue. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
